ADMISSION PROCESS

ISSUE OF FORMS:

Application forms for Admission are available at the school office on payment of Rs. 100/- at the time of submission of forms the applicable fees must be paid at the school office.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED:

The attested photocopies of the following documents are to be submitted along with the application forms.

  1. A transfer certificate from the school last attended.
  2. Mark sheet of the last examination in which he/she appeared.
  3. Character certificate.
  4. Medical fitness certificate.
  5. Birth certificate (attested copy).
  6. ST/OBC/SC Certificate
  7. 2 Passport size of parents/guardians.
  8. 2 Passport size of the parents/guardians.
  9. Parents/guardians should fill out the forms accurately and submit them at the time of admission.
  10. Parents/guardians will be directly responsible for the student and should accompany him/her at the time of admission.
SUBMISSION OF FORM AND INTERVIEW:
  1. Forms are to be submitted within the notified dates.
  2. All the original documents are to be produced for verification at the time of submission.
  3. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
  4. The candidate will be interviewed at the time of submission of forms.
  5. Fees are to be paid in the designated bank @UNION BANK OF INDIA Kokrajhar Branch by the due date, failing which the admission will stand canceled.
ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL:
  1. Admissions are given by the Principal in accordance with the admission policy of the Institution.
  2. An entrance test may be conducted at the discretion of the school authorities to ensure the standard of the pupils seeking admission.
  3. For withdrawal of students, the parents may apply for a transfer certificate in the application form available at the school office.
  4. Once TC has been issued against the ward, he/she will not be re-admitted to the school.
  5. Any pupil failing two successive years in the same class must discontinue his/her studies in the school.
FEES:
  1. The school fees cover twelve (12) months and are paid in installments or in advance. No reduction is made for holidays or broken periods.
  2. Fees are to be paid as per the details and instructions in the FEE BOOK provided. A fine of 500/- per month will be levied on all late payments.
  3. Fees will be received by the UNION BANK OF INDIA Kokrajhar branch on behalf of the Institution on the date 10 of every month or every tr-monthly. Failed to pay due shall be levied of Rs. 500/- rupees

    => June (10/06/21)
    => July-Sept (10/09/21)
    => Oct-Dec (10/12/21)
    => Jan-March (10/2/21)

  4. Pupils whose dues are not completed/ cleared will be debarred from sitting for the examination.
  5. Fees once paid are not refundable.
  6. School fees and other dues are liable to be revised periodically.
  7. On the event of the withdrawal of a pupil during the course of the year, all fees must be cleared for the academic year, prior to the application for the transfer certificate.
